Owner and Founder
For more than 25 years, Kattie Jackson has worked across workforce development, logistics, hiring, and supply chain management, helping people obtain and maintain employment. Her experience has shown her how reliable transportation can directly affect access to work, healthcare, training, and long-term stability.
She has also served individuals through workforce development programs and as Founder of Heart of Love Outreach Ministry’s Apprenticeship Program, where she saw capable, motivated people lose opportunities simply because they lacked dependable transportation.
Legacy Transportation grew from that experience. The company was created to help individuals, families, and organizations overcome practical transportation barriers and connect people more reliably to employment, appointments, training, and opportunity.
